Summary

FigureFlex does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information about you or your child. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server. The app does not request the Android internet permission at all, which means it is technically incapable of sending your data anywhere.

What we collect

Nothing.

We do not collect, store on a server, transmit, sell, rent, or share any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

What is stored on your device

The app saves your child's learning progress on your device only:

More than one child can use the app on the same device. Each child's progress is stored separately under their own profile, so one child playing does not change another child's stars, stickers, or settings.

This information is written to the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded. There is no server for it to be uploaded to, and the app holds no internet permission.

Internet access

FigureFlex works entirely offline. All 70 lessons, every activity engine, all artwork and the spoken tutor lines are bundled inside the app. The app declares no Android permissions at all — not even internet access — so it cannot transmit data even in principle.

Third parties

There are none. The app contains:

We do not sell or share data with anyone, because we never have any data to sell or share.

Children's privacy

FigureFlex is designed for children aged roughly 4 to 9, to be used with a parent, carer, or teacher, and we treat children's privacy as the whole point of the design rather than a compliance afterthought.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the GDPR provisions on children's data in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and Google Play's Families policy. Because we collect no personal information from anyone of any age, there is no children's data for us to hold, delete, or misuse.

Screens meant only for grown-ups — the progress report, the sticker book, the parents' options and profile deletion — sit behind a multiplication gate that young children cannot pass.

If you believe we hold any information about your child, please contact us at the address above — we would want to know, because by design we should not.

Your rights

Data protection laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, amend, or erase. You retain full control locally:

then FigureFlex, then Storage, then Clear storage; or simply uninstall the app

the multiplication question, then tap Delete beside that child. This erases that child's stars, stickers, and history, and leaves your other children untouched

parents' screen. Their data appears as plain text, which you copy and paste into the restore box on the other device

An export is text you choose to copy somewhere yourself. The app does not send it anywhere: it cannot, because it has no internet permission. If you copy an export off the device, you become responsible for it, exactly as you would be for a photograph or any other file you copy.

Security

Since no data leaves your device, the security of your child's information depends only on the security of your device. The app requests no permissions, opens no network connections, and stores progress in its own private storage area, which Android isolates from other apps.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add a feature that changes any of the above — for example optional cloud sync of progress — we will update this policy, change the effective date above, and describe the change in the app's release notes before that version ships. We will not begin collecting data under a policy that says we do not.
